Learning to Think in Architecture Before Tools

It is tempting to start with tools: frameworks, editors, platforms.

I’ve learned that this often leads to fragile systems.

Instead, I am trying to reverse the order:

- first understand responsibilities,

- then data flow,

- then interfaces,

- and only then tools.

This blog is a reminder to myself.

Tools change quickly. Mental models don’t.
